01. Agreement Scope & MOQs

Al Moin Exports operates strictly as a wholesale B2B manufacturer and exporter of single-ingredient dehydrated pet treats. All commercial transactions are governed by the following Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) per individual dispatch:

• Bully Sticks & Hand-Braided Chews: Standard MOQ is 1,000 Pcs or 100 Kilograms per individual SKU.
• Dehydrated Organ Treats (Ears, Trachea, Tails): Standard MOQ is 500 Kilograms per dispatch.
• Horn Products & Premium Sourcing Bowls: Standard MOQ is 1,000 units or 500 units respectively for custom crates.

Special low-volume introductory limits may be structured exclusively for approved trials or brand startups under a written waiver issued by your assigned regional sales manager.

02. International Sourcing Incoterms 2020

All global shipping and freight parameters correspond strictly to ICC Incoterms 2020:

• FOB (Free on Board): Exporter's liability ends once sealed ocean containers clear Mundra or Nhava Sheva (IN) terminal gates.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Exporter secures marine insurance and coordinates ocean transit to the buyer's specified destination port of entry (e.g., Oakland, Newark, Vancouver, Felixstowe).
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle complete customs filing, US FDA/CFIA declarations, payment of tariffs/duties, and transport drayage directly to your domestic 3PL warehouse dock.

03. Payment Methods & US ACH Invoicing

All commercial invoicing is issued securely by our registered United States corporate entity (**Al Moin Exports US LLC**, Wyoming).

• Standard Payment Term: 30% advance deposit to secure production oven schedules, with the remaining 70% balanced against the presentation of a clean, scanned Bill of Lading (B/L) and export veterinary certificate.
• Secure Settlement: Invoices are settled domestically via ACH bank transfers, domestic wires, or secure corporate checking accounts. No credit card payments or retail consumer methods are accepted for commercial master dispatches.

04. Quality Clearances & Biological Guarantees

Each container loaded at our Hapur facility passes a comprehensive biosecurity quarantine process:

• Moisture Index: Guaranteed strictly below 12% moisture index to prevent mold formation during ocean transit.
• Pathogen Check: Swabbing diagnostics guarantee 100% negative detection (0%) for Salmonella, E. Coli, and Enterobacteriaceae. A physical Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued for each batch.
• Government Inspection: Every shipment is backed by an official export sanitary health certificate issued by state veterinarians confirming material suitability.

05. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All sales contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, for administrative and financial terms. Port logistics, raw material processing, and veterinary shipping parameters remain subject to APEDA, USDA, and Indian Ministry of Commerce guidelines. Any disputes arising out of shipping delays or customs holds shall be settled through cooperative commercial arbitration prior to formal court actions.
