Premium Materials & Finishes
Choose from thick, durable stand-up zip pouches in Soft-Touch Matte, High Gloss, or Spot-UV finishes. We can incorporate clear viewing windows so customers can see the premium quality of the bully sticks inside.
Nitrogen Gas Flushing
To ensure maximum shelf life (up to 24+ months), we inject food-grade nitrogen gas into the pouches right before heat-sealing. This displaces oxygen, prevents oxidation, and locks in freshness.
UPC & FNSKU Application
Whether your barcodes are printed directly onto the pouch dieline or require scannable sticker application for Amazon FBA, our compliance team ensures flawless GS1 and Amazon barcoding standards.
Pouch Sizing & Capacity
We optimize pouch dimensions to perfectly fit 6-inch or 12-inch sticks while minimizing dead space to save you money on dimensional shipping weight.
